On Friday, Toyota introduced a stand-up motorized scooter or commonly called the personal transporter that will be tested for commercial purposes in September 2008. Transport equipment called the "Winglet" is ready to compete with pre-existing Segway. Toyota Winglet hoping to become popular means of transportation in the future.

This scooter allows the rider to move forward, backward, and rotate by simply moving the body only. Mechanism called the "parallel link mechanism," It's designed for easy stop Toyota and walk only with a little body movement.
Motorists can rotate 360 degrees, which can easily pass through spikes in the road. In addition, the scoter was walking to driving with a speed of 6 kilometers per hour.
Rencanaya Winglet will be available in three versions: small, medium, and large. This scooter has a length of approximately 26.4 centimeters, 45.7 centimeters wide and weighs 10 kilograms.
